We provide multiple levels of service to every account. You can reach a trained Customer Service Rep at 1-800-721-7648 that can accommodate any and all requests, but we go a few steps further with our Service Structure:
All accounts are assigned a consistent Route Service Representative (RSR) that is trained and empowered to meet your service needs.
Inventory and Support Managers (ISM) are on the routes regularly to seek customer feedback, and can react quickly to your needs.
A Regional Service Manager (RSM) oversees the whole team and all day-to-day operations, with the number one job of keeping you happy!

When my uniforms get nasty looking, new ones show up. Century has a good team that maintains the uniforms and my driver is always friendly and courteous.
Our sales rep was excellent in helping us identify our needs as this was a new experience for us.
